We're starting a Substack networking hour, and you're invited
You asked and I listened. The first one is tomorrow!!
A few weeks ago I ran a poll asking paid subscribers what they wanted more of, and the answer came back loud and clear: You want to meet each other.
So that’s what we’re doing.
You’re all making something. I see it in your notes and comments, in the replies that turn into long back-and-forths. Publications finding their footing. Coaching practices getting off the ground. And now you’ve told me you want to be in a room with the other people doing it too.
So here’s the plan. Once a month, we get on a call together. The flow is simple:
You show up, introduce yourself, and tell everyone what you’re building. Then you make one ask. One thing you actually need help with right now. With 700+ paid subscribers someone on that call can probably help you (or they know someone who can!).
And here’s what I keep thinking about. The magic doesn’t end when we hang up.
Someone hears your ask and sends you a message that afternoon. The guest you’ve been trying to book says yes because you met in the chat. You find the person who’s three steps ahead of you and willing to show you how they did it. A collaboration starts. A cross-promo gets scheduled. The subscriber you didn’t know you needed finds your work because someone in the room shared it.
One hour a month, and you walk away with people who are actually in your corner. Not followers. People building alongside you, who want to see you win.
